Legal Question in Family Law in California

Kicked out of my own apartment????

My soon to be ex-wife is trying to get the judge to remove me from my own apartment. To make a long story short, when we seperated, I moved into my apartment alone. When she lost her apt, I let her stay. She moved out several months later to get another apartment and got evicted from there. Again, I let her stay on a temporary basis. The marriage isn't working. I've tried on numerous occasions to get her to sign the divorce agreement, she won't do it. She has since left voluntarily to move in with a relative. I went to court yesterday to get a move out order--and so did she! Can I legally be forced to vacate my apartment? And no, she doesn't work but does go to school. I have temporary physical custody of the children, but the judge was ''thinking out loud'' where the mother should live with HER kids. Obviously the judge must think I wasn't there when they were conceived! We have joint legal custody of our 4 kids, with me at a 43% timeshare. What can be done?
