Legal Question in Family Law in California

I just left my abusive husband to stay at my moms. He has all bills in his name and has cut off the my phone (which is my business phone) from calling my kids cell phone or business calls. He got my password and deleted 14 threatening messages that I had saved on my phone. He got my email password and had all of my ingoing & outgoing emails copied to him. What can I do to protect myself, my busines and be able to check on my kids?
