What is legal separation

I have a legal separtation question my husband fathered achild and now child support req infgoramtion re my income is this going to amke me responsible for his payments if he does not pay the support or is my incoem jsut to compute how much th mother should get i nen dto know if need do legal separation asap

Your income is used to calculate the annual taxes of the father so that the "net income" can be determined. Your income is very likely to decrease his child support payment. He should talk to an attorney. Good Luck, Pat

Legal separation is just like dissoulution, only it is for Catholics or other religious persons who don't believe in divorce. Legally separated may not re-marry. Call me directly at 6192223504.
