Legal Question in Family Law in California

got letter confirming my obligation f support was completed ..now i get a letter where custodial parent is now trying to get more money child is 18..still in school when he desides to attened but has been in hidding since 2008..can da garnish after closing the case? dont they have to establish a court date for this new case? they have sent letter to my employer for salary verificvation..i never miised a payment ever

Child support continues until the child turns 18 or until the child turns 19 and is a full time highschool student. If your child is still attending highschool full time, you still have to pay child support until he turns 19.
