Legal Question in Family Law in California

I lost my notarized copy of the prenup. I have an un non-notarized copy. We have now been married a year everything is great. What are my options. Can I still use the original copy and get it notarized again? Should I get a post-nip agreement? Nothing has changed.

Much more information is needed about the formation of the original prenuptial agreement. California maintains rigorous requirements on how these documents are perfected. The family law courts are hostile towards an effort to undercut either parties right to their community property or support.

Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to review this document and give you advice.
