I may have misunderstood your question. If you are asking if it is against the law to have a child with another woman while you are married to someone else, the answer is no, it is not against the law. One reason might be is that the legislators who write the laws do it all the time.

That depends on which century you are living in and what country you are living in. You may also be exempt if you are the king. If the Taliban is the ruling party you are in deep trouble. You may seek to go to jail in protective custody when your wife finds out. You may wish to destroy this e-mail once you receive it. I have more one-liners, but you get the point. Don't be so stupid, it is cheaper to hire a good shrink if you have such a personality deficiency that you would need to commit adultry.
