It appears you knew she was already married when you married her 7 months ago. In realty if she was married when you and she married the marriage is voidable. However in regards to the inquiry as to the house. The facts are not complete. Did you purchase the house with her or was it yours before you and she married. If you owned it prior to the marriage then you probably do not have to much to worry about. If you were unaware of her marriage status prior to your marriage with her then you would have no problems but since you were aware of the situation you may have changed the outcome slightly. I have never dealt with the situation before and I am not sure on the law. However the key is making sure the marriage is voidable and then having the marriage declared either invalid or void. I believe you really should consult an attorney in your area. This has some complicated issues.
