Legal Question in Family Law in California

what happens after you modify just the reguler visitation order, is the order before still in an effect? The old order is that he gets tuesday and thursdays for a few hours and every other weekend. he wasnt seeing our daughter on the week days. so he filed to modify. the new order says he has friday thur sunday every weekend of the month but the thrid one. Does that mean he still gets tuesdays and thursdays?

It depends on what the order states - was this visitation in addition to his old visitation or did they replace the old orders? You need to look at it. If the order states "all prior orders not in conflict with this are to remain in full force and effect" then the visitation is probably in addition to the old order. If that language is not in the order, then the old order does not remain in effect and he only gets the new visitation.
