Legal Question in Family Law in California

molester

okay my nephew came to live with me when he was 7 . and at that time my sisters boyfriend was trying to seperate from my sister. well i'm not sure who he told but he told someone he thought my nephew was or has been molested by my stepfather(his grandpa) and that i thought my nephew was trying things with his little brother my sisters boyfrinds son .it ended up the shirriff asking me to write what had happen to me as a child with him and then i had to take my nephew to talk to the shirriff about it . its been 7 years ago but i do believe they told me not to leave my nephew alone with him ever .well now they want him to move into there house . can this happen with the fact hes on file as a molester ? please let me know i hope it makes since

Although you did not state it, the implication is that molest has been committed by the grandfather. This being the case you should not allow your nephew to move into that house. If necessary you should obtain a court order that he is not be left with him, without a supervisor.
