Legal Question in Family Law in California

Monetary Value for bad credit

I am legally separated, I have loans of house in my name only. My wife has been paying the loans since i was forced out. There is no court agreement on loans/ property, anything, just child /spousal support. She has been paying loans late and house has gone into default several times, my credit has gone down from 700's to 536. Is the a ruling where I can get a monetary value from my ex for making my credit bad when we do property division?
