Legal Question in Family Law in California

I moved to california and so did my exwife and kids. how do I get jurisdiction moved to california from nevada so I can get my child support adjusted?

Wow, you are the first person I have ever seen who has asked about changing child support jurisdiction who actually has proper grounds. Since the Nevada courts continue to have jurisdiction, however, you need to ask this question of a Nevada attorney. The Nevada courts will have to be petitioned to surrender jurisdiction. You then file the grant of that order in a new proceeding in California to open the case here. Until you have the Nevada side done, however, there is nothing that can be done in California.
