Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex was ordered to pay my attorney fees twice, to date he has refused. How/what can be done to get this debt paid. There is already a garnishment for child support, can there be a second one? An abstract was also already done for any future property. Thank U for any advice

You may wish to send a final demand for payment with a deadline to pay and advise that the failure to pay would result in a return to court on an enforcement and contempt motion.
