Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex and I recently went to child support court. The CA Dissomaster was set up with my income, parenting time and an additional expense for school of $125. My ex is now planning to put our child in a free pre-school. Do I need to pay her all or part of this $125 since it's not being used for school at this time? What if we start using it for school later? Please help me out. Thanks!

It all depends on how exactly the court ordered it and if the court stated on the record that there was the add-on due to child care/school. You should ask this of a local experienced family law attorney to get your advice. Good luck
