Responsibility for spouse's debt during legal separation.
My husband and I are splitting up. Will I continue to be held responsible for back (& current) child support that he owes to children concieved prior to our marriage if we are legally separated?

I don't understand your question. Are these your children and his or not? After divorce you are not responsible for support of children of his from another relationship.
