Legal Question in Family Law in California

Restraining Order against ex-wife

My husbands ex-wife has been ordered 2 hour supervised visits twice a month with their three children since December 8, 2004. She has not attempted to visit with them what so ever. She has threatened our lives, called the sherrifs dept on us saying we were beating the children, left a message with her brother saying my husband was arrested for molesting his 12yr old daughter, called CPS and had them go to the childrens school and speak with them making the same accusations. ALL these accusations are complete LIES! She calls and harrases(sp?) us several times a week. Can we get a restraining order to protect our family and ourselves? She has hurt her children for 10yrs now and continues to do so. She lost custody 10yrs ago due to drugs, prison, prostitution etc. We're tired of turning the other cheek to her games & threats. Advice greatly appreciated. Thank You

Re: Restraining Order against ex-wife

You can likely take action if you can prove the allegations you state. It is expensive. Call if you would like to discuss.
