2nd marriage but really the 1st, what should i write on my license?

hi, i got married 2 years ago,we didnt do a ceremony and didnt even live together because we were postponding it to a later date. Also, we did not have any sexual relationship. However, it so happened that things didnt work out and we filed for a divorce after 7 months. now, i am gettin married to some1 else, i would like to know, do i need to write on my marriage license that i am divorced& this would be my 2nd marriage, or can i not mention it at all. if i dont mention it, will i be in trouble? please let me know because I do not want to write there that I'm divorced because I do not consider it as a real marriage. i hope u answer me ASAP because im really in need of ur answer

HOw did you get married without a ceremony. You need to get all of your documents together and discuss this with an attorney.
