I am reviewing my stipulated judgment. I am cocerned about the following sentence-

Any sums in community accounts at date of separation are assigned and awarded and confirmed to Respondent.

I am Petitioner. Stipulated Judgment,therefore above sentence , was written by opposing counsel.

It means your ex-spouse gets all the community funds in any checking, banking accounts[all money earned by either one of you while you were married].
