my rights

I,ve lived with a man for 7 years we built a house together then got married last Sept. he assaulted me Jan.1 and was charged with coporal spousal abuse and has never put me on the house even though I put my own money into building it. what are my legal right regarding the house and property

The family law court will take a narrow view of things. It can only determine your community property interest. It will probably find that you have some community property interest, but not much.

you will have to bring a civil action regarding an other interest in the house. try consulting with a real property attorney.
