Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want my son back

I want to pursue custody of my 5 y.o son, his dad has had him for the last 3 years. Everytime we go to court we just get sent to a mediator, and I am trying to figure out how I can get the judge to listen to me. His dad has lied about everything from day one, and I can prove most of it. Now my son wants to live with me, before he never said so. His dad is not the biological father, but that doesn't make any difference. He's fought me court to keep my son from me out of sheer spite and bitterness. How would I go about getting the judge to hear me out, and stating why I should get the chance to raise my son now. Our orders are temporary, nothing is permanent. Please, any advice would help

It sounds like you need an experienced family law attorney to assist you. What you have been doing isn't working. You need someone who knows the system, the law and the judge. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
