stop divorce or retract?

I recently filed for divorce and have made up with my spouse.I now need to stop the divorce process.My spouse only has A few days left to respond.What do I need to do to stop the divorce?What legal document do I need? THANK YOU!

You do not need to do anything. Nothing happens - the divorce does not go "forward" - without you or your spouse taking action. In five years (or some point thereafter), it will be purged from court files if no action is taken on the case. On the other hand, if this reconcilliation does not work out within 5 years, you will not have to pay the filing fee (now $320) again. You will only need to amend to reflect the new separation date.
