Legal Question in Family Law in California

I would like to subpoena my soon-to-be ex-husband's bank account. I was told to use Form Interrogatories as a no cost method, but there is nothing on the application asking for bank records. How can I go about getting the records in order to establish child support and daycare costs since we already have a temporary order for custody (78% with me, 22% with other). I don't think he's being truthful about his income, but the bank account would show the real deal. Thanks for your response.

You need to file a Request for Production of Documents and request he provide bank statements for up to the past 3 years. You can also request his tax returns and w-2's if you think he's lying about his income.
