Summary Dissolution Divorce

I was wanting to know the full process of going thru with a summar dissolution divorce. Me and my wife qualify for it. We have talked about it. I just know a little bit about it. It there a waiting period for after we file. How do we file. Is there certain times of the day we have to go in and file it. Could you please help me out on this.

Re: Summary Dissolution Divorce

You need but visit our office where we will prepare the paperwork for you to take with you. After you and your wife have signed in all the places where appropriate, you return the paperwork along with your filing fee (payable to the Superior Court) and we will file it with the court. Six months later, we will submit the request for the final judgment to the court and the court will mail a copy of the Judgment to each of you.
