Legal Question in Family Law in California

How can I get the system to listen to me?

My exhusband is trying to make our custody order as difficult as possible. He refuses to follow the order, this has been brought to the Judge on several occasions. He now has moved 40 miles away, did not give me a new address or phone number. He has the child riding a bus into Sacramento and transferring to a second bus to get to school. He has him staying in a pizza parlor until he picks him up afterschool. Each time he does something like this I bring it before the Judge but it falls on deaf ears. Last summer per our order we were to agree on daycare, I called him and asked him which daycare he preferred. He told me to put him in one daycare, he called days later and said his wife enrolled him in a different daycare. He constantly does things like this and the only person really being hurt in all of this is the child. What can I do? I can not afford an Attorney at this time.

basically, the reason you are being screwed is because you dont have an attorney and the judge knows he can get away with it.
