Type your question here...My 15 year old son is here visiting for his summer vacation and now he has decided that he doesn't want to return to his mother and he want's to stay here what steps should I take

IF you want to change the custody order, then it is up to you to go to court and file for a motion to modify custody. Custody battles are typically long and expensive, but an older child can typically make up their mind with who they want to live with.
