Legal Question in Family Law in California

violation of R.O. via internet

I have a permanant RO (I never called the police...I was too afraid).

We had a business website I locked him out 11/01.He hacked thru 1/02, posted compromising photos of me and rude text. I reported this to the police. They were confidant of a conviction. The DA denied it based on the inability to prove his fingers were on the keyboard. DUH!!!! Is there not a clause in the law that he cannot at the very least have an agent do his bidding? I want him prosecuted! It's a felony is it not?

I have a divorce attorney who used to be a deputy DA. He won't get involved in the criminal aspects. ?Am I supposed to count 1250 characters...this is hard to do?
