Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

about 2 years ago i bought a car from a dealer in riverside and the manager was hitting on my wife and now i'm sure they are having an affair.is there anything i can do

I'm afraid we can't be of any help to you on this one. California law does not forbid extramarital affairs, so it offers you no remedy against your wife, the manager or the dealership.

Your best bet would probably be to discuss this with your wife. If you're not willing to do that, you may want to seek out either a marriage counselor or a divorce lawyer.

As an officer of the court, I can only make suggestions that are not against the law. The only one I can think of is divorce.

There are two parties to the affair, if it's occurring. So the car dealer is only one-half to blame. You might suggest to your wife that you both participate in marriage counseling since, even if she's not having an affair, you must rebuild trust in her if your marriage is to survive. Good luck!
