Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
One case - two judgments
My civil case was finalized over five months ago by Amended Judgment, but now an Ex Parte Minute Order from three months ago has mysteriously appeared and the plaintiff/cross-defendant has submitted another Judgment to coincide with the award in this Ex Parte Minute Order. Can a single case have more than one Judgment issued? What if this Minute Order was issued with no notice, is very disputable, and has never appeared on the official docket?

No! One case can only have one judgment. It is called the "one judgment rule."
Pay no attention to e-mails soliciting your business, it is not proper.

Your facts are not clear. Go to the court clerks office and have them check the file, and explain to you what it shows happened. If then something is in error, they can correct it. If you need an attorney to file motions to set aside false or incorrect judgments or pleadings, contact me to discuss.
