Mortuary takes advantage of a family
How do we handle a case for trial Nov.6. No attorney will take it. Since our original attorney abandoned the case.This attorney took the case on contingency. This case involves our mother's body was exposed to minor family members and we were forced to change a casket on the day of viewing-because the owner of the mortuary wanted to make $$ on the casket since we purchased a casket from a wholesale place. Many comments were made and a contract was ripped up by the mortuary owner. Do you know who can help us? I am very desperate!
Can some one help us on contingency? I do understand it is a pretty good case.
