neglect of property
my famliy and i livd in a trailer park that a it by a storm the space we rented nfrom the park had a neglected tree on it of which the electric company had to have people come out and trim due to touching the power lines during the torm it was tangled in the lines and fell on top of our home making it unliviable the owner ays he is not reponsible but the tree falling upon the house was the only damage to our home do 3we have a case against him and what kind of lawyer do i look for?

you may have a case if you can prove neglect. you need someone who does civil litigation.
