Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Negligence waiver at a California Dude Ranch

I am planning a vacation at a California Dude Ranch. They have sent me a negligence release form. It basically states that I voluntarily release, forever discharge, agree to hold harmless and indemity the Ranch and all who are associated with it; if anyone is hurt or property is damaged due to the Ranches'negligence or omissions , I have no right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against it. I am concerned if something should go wrong for example an ill horse, hazardous play equipment, or other problems etc. will I be able to hold them liable or am I giving up all rights?

If you are over 21, find another vacation spot. The release may not be entirely effective, but it is surely not a good thing for an adult to sign and could prove to be a major impediment should you be injured.
