What recourse does a minor have when other teenagers are threatening her with a vehicle. My sons girlfriend was forced to a stop by some young men in a car. Essentially, they used the car to intimidate her and forced her off her bike by driving up to her and acting like they were going to hit her with the vehicle. Is a restraining order the only recourse?

Report this incident to the police. This conduct is very serious and could result in serious injury.
If the police do not take any action then a restraining order may be available.
