My step- mother is nuts!
My step-mother is driving me nuts! Because of her mental health I am scared of her and what she may do to myself and my husband.She has no limits on what she is capable of doing. Can I get a restraing order?
Please help!

The facts in your question are not sufficient to obtain a restraining order. You should consider the following:
1. Does your husband support you in this position. If he does not you should consider the effect that requesting a restraining order will have on your relationship with him.
2. If you decide to proceed with the restraining order you will need to contact a local attorney and discuss the facts of you case with him or her to determine your chances to success.
