Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Polygraphs can not be mentioned at all in any way shape or form in civil court, in the state of California, correct?

Nope. The parties can agree to use, or you can seek court approval as evidence. It is a fight, without guarantees, but its up to you whether to try.
