Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Without Prejudice & Legal Evidence

Dear Sir/Madam. I am currently invloved in a court case, we are the plaintifs. The defendants have employed a foreign lawyer to intimidate us with threats of financial restriction based on false facts, in order for us to settle on their un-fair terms. Additionally all of the letters are sent to us directly instead of our appointed cousel who deals with the defendants. The letters contain threats of abondenment & other related matters, but are all displaying the term "WITHOUT PREJUDICE" We were told that because of this we can not use those letters as evidence in our case. As we are all US citizens & the defendants our foreign nationals can we use these letters as evidence. Any suggestions in this matter would help us immensly as those letters so great prejudice, & would strengthen our case. Thank You

Re: Without Prejudice & Legal Evidence

Since you say you have counsel, you really should be bringing your legal questions to him/her. I will say, however, that the lawyers for the defendants should communicate only with your counsel and should not make any attempt to contact you directly.
