restraining order
what can I do to defend myself against an unjust restraining order and a law suit brought against me by an ex-boyfriend who has been phiscally and mentally abusive to me. The restraining order is filled with lies and slanderous comments about me that are untrue. I am due to appear before a judge on December 18th and cannot afford an attorney.
