My son was assualted by the property mangers husband
My son was assaulted by the property managers husband and it has now turned in to a termination of tenancy for me. Do I have a suit against the owners and what type of case would this be (criminal, civil) etc.

Your son [assuming he is an adult] can try to file criminal charges and could file a civil suit. If he is a minor, you can file as his guardian. If you can prove retaliatory eviction, you can defend the eviction that way, and could theoretically file a civil suit. .
