Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Can I Sue Game Show? Seeking Contingency Agreement

I was a guest on a game show recently. There are stringent controls -there must be no favoritism, discrimination,or any variance in treatment whatsoever. I suffer occassionally from a vocal disorder which happened to strike on the day of taping. The main production assistant was very amused by the sound of my voice and how it resembled a certain reviled TV character. He then brought in another assistant and together they had a veritable field day despite my entreaties that I was uncomfortable with their behavior-which did not abate for hours until the taping began. This discriminatory situation adversely affected my ability to participate on a level playing field-I was focused on the sound of my voice and terrified by the reaction it would receive because of the negligent actions of the employees and as a result I missed an easy question (I had qualified for the show with a record score). I advised the production company-who has responded that the show is now cancelled. However, I don't feel that limits my redress- the show is owned by Sony-and regardless of it's current status-I was denied the chance to win 100k - and I believe I have a cause of action. I'd like to pursue if I can obtain an contingency situation.
