Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

My ex wife has recently made a web page about me being a deadbeat dad. She has used my name, where I live, the cars I drive, they type of employment I would seek if I were employable at the moment, and the company my mother owns, along with pictures of me that she copied off my facebook page. She has put information out there that is incorrect and will cripple me in trying to find a job. Is there anything I can do?

Hi, If she has lied and defamed your charter, you can sue her for defamation and probably get a restraining order to stop her. It has to be completely untrue, as truth is a COMPLETE defense to defamation of character allegations. Please, excuse any typos,as tying is not my strong suit. Good luck!
