Medical cannabis lisence

If you are in the process of getting a medical cannabis license and you are convicted of a misdemeanor possession of pot, could this effect your eligibility?

There is no such thing as a "medical cannabis license." If you have a recommendation from a doctor, the lawyer you hire ought to be able to beat the possession charge -- and maybe even get your cannabis returned to you.
