Can u sue a fast food place for finding a piece of metal sponge in your food?

You can sue just about anyone for anything, but the first question is always going to be: What are your damages? If you were not injured, require medical attention or otherwise suffer actual long-lasting damages, the "value" of any lawsuit isn't typically worth pursuing.
