Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

hi, i am a 20 years old college student, who came here on a visa when i was an infant, have never left the country, and am in love and going to marry a U.S citizen. Can i be deported for overstaying??

You should be fine as long as you're otherwise admissible to permanent residence. If all is in order, you will receive an alien registration ("green") card.

As long as you entered legally and merely overstayed, you may marry your fiancee and apply for permanent residence through the adjustment of status process.
