Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

An appeal stops a deportation procedure?

We lost my wife third appeal against a deportation order.

The time they give us is 45 days for her to leave the country.

After this time, (45 Days) they will come to get her at our house?

What other options we have at this point to avoid her being deported.

When we got married, is when we found out she already had a deportation order for given a false adress when she applied for political assilum. The person that did her paperwork for her assilum case was a ''Leagal advisor'' with no lisence to practice at all.

Iam a naturalized Cityzen and my wife is a Lithuanian native.

We're desperated and real need of help.

Thank you.
