bonded out and remmanded again

my partner was taken into custody in march, while in custody an ins hold was put on him. when in ins custody i bailed him out, he violated probation (by not enrolling in classes ordered by the court) which put him back in custody of county jail.and again an ins hols was put on him, whats going to happen?

He may well be deported, but it depends on the facts. Immigration law is very fact specific and it is unwise to give suggestions or advice without knowing the important facts.
