What does it take to get a citizenship in te U.S.A. if one has been working in it since june of 2000, just before the law that said one could be able to get the citizenship if one started working just before December of 2000?

Your source of information is badly mistaken. That law did not give people citizenship nor did it say you qualify for any benefit just by working in the US before December 2000!

That law (LIFE Act) allowed people who were beneficiaries of a family or employment petition to be eligible later for permanent residence without leaving the US if they were present in the US on December 21, 2000. The petition had to be filed on or before April 30, 2001. So, if you didn't have a family or employer-sponsor petition for you by April 30, 2001, you can't take advantage of that law now. You'll have to go back to your country eventually to get your green card unless that law is extended some day by Congress.
