Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Criminal Record

My husband of 10 years entered the country illegally in 1971 and have a string of theft and drug felonies between 1983-1989. I'm a US citizen. Is there any chance in petition for him to become a legal alien?

His felony convictions make his chance of getting legal residence very slim.
