Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Ds-230

I am about to submit the form DS-230 (I am applying for my husband), but it asks for the place of employment for the past 10 years of my husband, he has worked off and on at different locations and he cannot remember exact dates. If we do not include 'every' single place of employment within the last 10 years will there be any problem? We are kind of worried this will negatively affect our case. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
