expired green card

Hi I came to US on a fiance visa got married have 3 kids. I have been married for 8 years.I never renewed my green card its been 4 years . Recently sent application was denied.What could be the reason

You need to file a Motion to Reopen/Reconsider with the Immigration Service.

Green cards don't expire in 4 years. Perhaps you're thinking of conditional green card which has a requirement of removing the condition after stayin married for two years?

In any event, it will be impossible to properly advise you without complete information. See a lawyer!
