I am a permanent resident, am going back to Philippines to marry my fiancee this November. what is the fastest way to bring my wife to be here? thanks..

The fastest way to bring your wife to the U.S. is with a K-3 visa. This temporary visa will allow your wife to enter the U.S. and then she can adjust her status to permanent resident ("green card").
