me and the father of my baby want know if we get married what are his chances are becoming legal he is from mexico and has some medical bills to pay off and a couple tickets. hes been here since he was 9 and his visa expired at 18 now hes 20

If you are a citizen and he entered legal and only has traffic tickets, he has a very good chance.

What type of visa was he on when he entered the US?

Assuming he entered legally with a tourist visa, marriage to a US citizens should allow him to adjust his status to permanent residence.
