Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Fraud and Dishonesty of Petitioner!

1.Was the beneficiary (who married in US Citizen in US thru K1 Visa) has the right to stay and fight for her right after knowing the fact that his petitioner committed fraud of their K-1 papers after their marriage?Like declaring a property that wasn't exist and putting single even if the petitioner still married, and hide his bad background.

2. Will the beneficiary deported after reveal the truth with fact and evidences and fight for her right about things she knew of her husband after 2 and half months of marriage?

3. If the petitioner who been married to her fiance will not want to file an adjustment status for his wife now? What will happen to her?

Thank you so much for taking time to read my questions...

Re: Fraud and Dishonesty of Petitioner!

As long as he didn't batter and beat you, you have no chance. If he doesn't want to help you by filing for adjustment, you're out of luck, unless, again, you have police reports and psychologist's reports that he beat you.

And, if you go to the government and claim that he lied about his assets to qualify to bring you over here as a fiancee on the K-1, how is that going to help you? The government would cancel the visa and force you to go back home.
